Hello everyone! It’s meeeeee! This week has flown by quickly and I am happy to say that I am done with my 2 assignments and 1 of my scheduled tests! *puts sunglasses on like a badass* I feel so free right now!
Before going back to the world of endless revisions, I figured that I would at least post something today! Recently, it’s been raining like crazy here in Mauritius, and thanks to that I had one week free of classes! *dances happily*
During this time I was wondering what could I do (besides sleeping) during such a gray weather, and I figured that making it into a post would be nice! So here I am! Let’s go!
- Marathoning That TV Show You Wanted to Watch for Ages
Isn’t it the perfect time to roll into your bed, grab some hot tea or coffee (and not forgetting the pop corn 😉 ), switch on your laptop and watch episodes and episodes of pure goodness?
Of course, you may marathon the Stars Wars movies instead, or binge-watching an entire anime series… The possibilities are endless… :3
- Pinterest-ing All Day!
Pinterest is a huge addiction of mine. Every moment is a perfect opportunity to go pin some pictures in multiple boards without ever getting tired of it. Give me a cup of tea, and I may pin all day! Either pinning for my current writing-in-progress, or for future WIPs, or on some random boards such as food, books and fandoms; let’s just say that, if it was possible, I could make a living out of pinning stuff all day long.
- Baking…?
Yes! Trust me, it’s a lot of fun and totally worth it (that comes from someone who is afraid of fire anf matches and who could take breakfasts at every meal.), mostly because you get to eat what you have done 🙂 I bake rather easy things, like yogurt cakes and pain perdu (french… bread?) (if I am not mistaken, I did a post on that! Just search up the “Random Friday!” section of my blog!) Or I usually find simple recipes on pinterest and I try them (I recently did one and it turned out really good!)
- Hmmm… Playing…?
Okay, so I knew I had to put that somewhere, but there are some really good games that are perfect when the skies are crying! I mean, if you are into mobile games, that I strongly suggest you to give Criminal Case and Agent Alice a try. They both are about crimes and mysteries, and in the latter’s case, supernatural cases, and they are both so interesting! They are puzzles, loads of levels, and they are both find-the-objects games. I also play Dragon City and World Chef, and they are both really nice!
If you are more into family-time-games, them boardgames are the to-go games to play! Monopoly, Scrabbles… you name it! You could also play some card games with yoour brother and give him loads of “draw two” and “draw four” while playing Uno 😛
- And of course…
READING! You thought I had forgotten that part, uh? 😉 I mean, reading while looking at the rain through the window is the best thing ever! Coupled with a hot mug of your favourite beverages and a nice comfortable place, you can do no wrong! Take a picture for your bookstagram, and you are all set for an amazing moment!
And… That is it! What do you do on rainy days? Do you do something productive? Or do you sleep until 3 p.m.? (much like me 😛 ) Tell me in the comments below!
See you all soon!
Congrats on finishing your 2 assignments and test! That is awesome 🙂 I do a lot of this stuff on rainy days haha; read, binge watch tv shows/films, play video games and drink lots of tea! I pin a lot too, but I pin no matter what kind of weather it is haha

Congrats on finishing your assignments 🙂
I love rainy days, good thing I live in the PNW where it rains most of the year 🙂 but rainy days are my ideal relaxing time. I love lounging around in my bed with the windows open so I can listen to the rain. But I will either binge watch tv, play video games, or read. I totally agree about Pinterest, I can seriously do that all day as well 🙂

Hehe, I enjoyed that long class-free week too! Thanks again to the rains.
I know how difficult it is to manage a blog and uni at the same time, i’m also currently facing the same problem!
By the way, you’ve got a lovely blog, i love it and I love your writing style a lot!
And I spend my time watching TV shows and baking on rainy days! I like that very lazy moth.
I wish you all the best for your blog. ☺
